MT. VERNON, IL - Mt. Vernon Police is seeking help to identify a black female who passed several counterfeit $100 bills in Mt. Vernon on Dec. 5 and Dec. 6, 2010. She is described as black female in mid 20's, thin curly hair, parted in middle. One video shows her with black hair, and one video shows here with reddish colored hair. It appears to be the same person. The female was seen getting out of a full size Black GMC conversion style van with silver stripes on the side. Anyone with information contact Mt.
